I recently bought the perfect home thanks to LaDawn Westbrook. We began looking at properties in April 2009. Together we looked at literally hundreds of properties (because my price point was challenging). I am sure we put in over 30 offers.
LaDawn was very determined and committed to getting me a home that I liked, even after months of frustration. The thing that sticks out to me about working with LaDawn is that even though my price was on the lower end of the scale, LaDawn worked extremely hard to keep finding homes that suited my price and taste.
I had almost thrown in the towel on buying a home because no offers were being accepted. Luckily, LaDawn kept me motivated with her hard work ethic. She was a joy to work with and she laughed genuinely at my dumb jokes.
I could not be more satisfied with my home. Whenever I buy or sell in the future, LaDawn will be the first person I call and refer to my family and friends.
